Amy Gulick is a photographer and writer specializing in conservation and natural history. Her work has appeared in Sierra, Audubon, E Magazine, Nature’s Best Photography, National Wildlife, and other publications. Her photographs have been featured in the conservation campaigns of Alaska Wilderness League, Ocean Conservancy, Southeast Alaska Conservation Council, and other organizations. She is a Mission Award recipient of the North American Nature Photography Association, which also awarded her its 2008 Philip Hyde Grant for her Tongass rainforest project.
She is a fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers and the 2008 recipient of the Daniel Housberg Wilderness Image Award for Excellence in Still Photography, presented by the Alaska Conservation Foundation. To view more of her work, visit www.amygulick.com.
